About this app

Access Vault is a private, local-first password manager. Your encrypted vault stays on your device unless you intentionally create a backup or export data.

SECURE YOUR INFORMATION

• Store logins, passwords, passphrases, PINs, payment cards, secure notes, Wi-Fi credentials, recovery codes, software licenses, identity details and custom information.

• AES-256-GCM encryption protects vault content. Keys stay on your device, with access protected by supported biometrics, PIN, pattern or password.

ANDROID AUTO-FILL
• Fill saved usernames, email addresses and passwords in supported apps and websites for free.

• Premium can offer to save new or updated logins from supported login forms. Availability depends on Android, the browser and the app or website.

FLEXIBLE ENTRIES AND GENERATION
• Use templates or create custom fields for usernames, passwords, PINs, passcodes, emails, URLs, notes and general text.

• Generate customizable passwords and passphrases, then copy them or add them to new or existing entries.

SECURE PHOTOS AND CREDENTIAL SCANNING
• Premium users can photograph an ID, passport or other document and store it as a standalone entry or attach it to a new or existing entry.

• Secure photos are encrypted in private app storage and included in password-protected backups. Photos taken inside Access Vault are not added to your gallery. If you select an existing image, the original remains in its previous location.

• Premium can also scan a document or image for login information. On-device text recognition creates editable suggestions for review. Images and recognized text are not uploaded to Nexus Dev Labs for recognition.

BACKUP, RESTORE AND MIGRATION
• Create password-protected Access Vault backups and restore them on another device running Access Vault. Manual encrypted backup and restore are free.

• Premium adds automatic daily, weekly or monthly encrypted backups to a folder selected through Android. Due backups run after you unlock the vault and never bypass authentication.

• Export your full vault or selected entries as CSV for migration. CSV export is free and requires fresh device authentication.

• CSV files contain readable passwords and are not encrypted. Import them promptly and permanently delete them afterward.

• Import supported browser and password-manager CSV files. One successful CSV import is free; Premium includes unlimited supported imports.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

• No advertising or independent behavioral analytics. Vault contents, secure photos, Auto-fill activity, generated secrets, scans, backups and imported or exported files are not sent to Nexus Dev Labs.

• Nexus Dev Labs cannot access, decrypt or recover your vault. Keep your device secure, remember your backup password and maintain a current encrypted backup.
