Everytime I go more than 10 minutes between loading the app, I have to sign in all over again. It never saves the pin I ask to use. It never loads the first time properly so I have to force close the app then login again. It's just a mess of an app. I do get care from a doc, so that's something. Otherwise they need to rebuild this app from the ground up.

Slow, down right infuriating to use. When I try to select a certain day for an appointment, no matter what, it'll say there aren't any. Then if you go back to a day that said it had appointments, it says there aren't any for that day. Close and reopen the app, and that day will have appointments again. Makes me genuinely so angry every time!

This is honestly one of the worst apps I've ever used. It's inconsistent, buggy, and asks me the same questions over and over. I can't tell you how many times I've "set a pin" only to have it ask me to do it again. It struggles to work on Wifi. And it doesn't like data either. Half the time, my inbox comes up as empty. I don't get consistent notifications. It's just a broken app all around, and it makes already frustrating healthcare even more frustrating. I will say, the people are great.
