Slow, down right infuriating to use. When I try to select a certain day for an appointment, no matter what, it'll say there aren't any. Then if you go back to a day that said it had appointments, it says there aren't any for that day. Close and reopen the app, and that day will have appointments again. Makes me genuinely so angry every time!

I scheduled a video appointment. While checking in, the app wouldn't let me attach a picture no matter what I tried. Later when I tried joining the call, the app kept saying my browser doesn't support video. What browser?? I'm using the app! All permissions were on/granted. cleared cache, deleted all data, logged back in and I kept getting the same error over and over. I was not able to meet with the provider, and the app says I've used the visit. If I could give this app zero stars, I would.

App requires entering my saved password twice every time. Then asks me for 3 separate optional additional set up questions (ie virtual care). I can skip, but don't want to do this every time I log in. There's more AI use now, so if I ask a question and log off while waiting for a response, I usually just get a "Are you still waiting for help?" message and have to start the process all over again. Finding care that is ACTUALLY in network is challenging
