Ratings and reviews

Slow, down right infuriating to use. When I try to select a certain day for an appointment, no matter what, it'll say there aren't any. Then if you go back to a day that said it had appointments, it says there aren't any for that day. Close and reopen the app, and that day will have appointments again. Makes me genuinely so angry every time!

Terrible App, If I could give it a 0, I would. I dont know how it has 4+ stars overall. nothing works and the app crashes. it says technical issues, but then never loads going back, constantly freezes and when you go to messages it says none - start a new convo with your surgical team.... which i dont have. cant see the message from my team and its slow and unresponsive as a whole technology wise.

Activating phone number for authentication is impossible. It send a code that I cannot view before it send a new code. it also asks you to set up a pin that it never remembers, so you have to go through id authentication every time you want to use the app. The app should not be harder to access than the website. Just saying.
