App crashes when I try to log in while on a WiFi connection. No issue if I turn off WiFi and use Data instead. Seems counterproductive. Also: No text communication between parties. No clear inflation on what to fill out if your having surgery. No ability to digitally fill out masses of documents.. have to pay to print them scan back in to upload. No ability to digitally sign documents and any capacity. No consistent communication from reps. No indication of what info is missing. Clunky.

This app needs some serious improvement. I keep getting an error message "username should be in email format" even though that's exactly how I've entered it. Secondly password reset issue. I get a resource not found error when I attempt password reset because it won't recognize my old password even though it's correct because I've it auto filled. Please fix these bugs with your app.

Total garbage!!! Won't let me upload documents. Pull up the part to retrieve images from gallery, no imagine appears. Tried to upload without seeing the image and app crashed. Also tried to just take pics of the documents click done and app crashed. I see them post that nobody else has this problem on many different posts of this issue. Go to the help link n they'll get back to you in 2 business days, unacceptable!!!! Just fix your app already!
