Ratings and reviews

No way to report this issue in-app. App does not actually download files, or at least not timely or consistently. When I click download I get a successful download message, but the files do not show up in my downloads or anywhere else on my phone. Sometimes they show up 30+ minutes later, sometimes never. Non-issue on mobile or desktop site using the same internet connection. Android 15, up-to-date; app version 7.0.3, also up-to-date.

Edited: Only works without wifi! I use wifi 90% of the time and never have a problem with any other app. It's 2023, so let's fix this issue?! This app is a vital tool to report fmla at work. The user interface is also not good. We need a reliable app, and this ain't it. Get it together Matrix, please and thank you! Edit: decent update, but why can I not use my preferred biometric to login? I prefer to use thumb print not enter my password every time to log in. There's no option in app for this.

App crashes when I try to log in while on a WiFi connection. No issue if I turn off WiFi and use Data instead. Seems counterproductive. Also: No text communication between parties. No clear inflation on what to fill out if your having surgery. No ability to digitally fill out masses of documents.. have to pay to print them scan back in to upload. No ability to digitally sign documents and any capacity. No consistent communication from reps. No indication of what info is missing. Clunky.
