Returning to Nutrisystem after five years, the food is great but I am highly disappointed with the current app. The barcode scanner rarely recognizes Nutrisystem's own UPC codes, forcing tedious manual entries. Saving logged food requires multiple redundant clicks, and if you aren't careful, your meal won't save at all. To make matters worse, the app often freezes and requires a forced restart. The older version of the app was simple and worked perfectly. This new version needs a major fix.

I was on NS 2 years ago and am back mostly for maintenance. The current phone app is awful. It doesn't even recognize NS bar codes along with so many others. When I add a food the app doesn't save it in the food list so I keep adding the foods I eat regularly over and over again, even when I add the bar code to the entry. Please bring back Numi. I am going back to logging my food in my Fitbit app (it remembers everything) and tracking power fuels and such manually.

Give me back the old Numi app! Many of the Nutrisystem products do not scan and are not in the app. I think this may be due to the Jenny Craig merger. Many off the shelf products are also missing as well as restaurant menu items. No linking to your fitbit or other health apps. Totally worthless app, too time consuming to use due to all the missing databases.
