Very disappointing experience with Acko Drive car service. Despite confirming spare parts availability with customer care before booking, I was told at the service center (after traveling 20 km) that parts were not available. The mechanics did not seem professional—they mishandled basic tasks, did not allow me to observe the work, and after touching the fuel filter, my car wouldn’t even start. A complete waste of time and money. I will not be using or recommending Acko Drive again.

software of the Acko has been deliberately develop with many loopholes so that innocent customer can easily be duped. In my case, I have been charged again the amount which was already paid under third party option. On enquiry customer care said that software is made in such a way that previous information cannot be found. Very frustrating experience.

Be careful of this service... I took car insurance from them. On the pretext of selling you insurance for one year, they actually create an e-mandate for recurring payments, of much higher amt, without your knowledge. Then when your insurance auto renews at their selected price for the next year, they will tell you that you have no choice but to continue for that year. What a low cunning sales strategy. Cannot be the decision of a L1/L2 employee, must be the genius idea of low moral MBA manager.
