Flowra is a private, offline-first period and cycle tracker designed for thoughtful daily record keeping without accounts, advertisements, analytics, or cloud sync.

Track Your Cycle Privately

• Record period start and end dates

Personal, On-Device Estimates

Flowra calculates cycle estimates locally from the selected profile's recorded history. Recorded days always take priority over estimates, and the app clearly presents predictions as uncertain guidance rather than a guarantee or medical diagnosis.

Optional Local Reminders

Enable an on-device reminder before an estimated period. Choose private notification wording when you do not want cycle details or a profile name shown in notifications.

Security Controls

• Optional strong-biometric unlock on supported Android devices
• Lock when the app moves to the background
• Optional screenshot blocking and recent-app preview protection
• Android app data excluded from cloud and device-transfer backup

Export and Encrypted Backup

Export period history as CSV or use a printable report for PDF. Create a password-protected .flowra backup to move or restore profiles, logs, predictions, reminders, and settings. Backup encryption uses a password-derived key, and Flowra never stores your backup password.

Works Without an Account

Flowra has no sign-in, advertising, analytics, tracking, or developer-operated cloud database. Android records stay in private app storage. Browser records are encrypted before being stored in IndexedDB. Data leaves the app only when you choose to export, print, back up, or share a file.

Inclusive and Flexible

Choose from multiple interface languages, light or dark appearance, flexible age details, optional first-period information, and user-selected reproductive life stages. The supported interface languages are தமிழ் (Tamizh), English, संस्कृतम् (Sanskrit), हिन्दी (Hindi), ಕನ್ನಡ (Kannada), తెలుగు (Telugu), मराठी (Marathi), മലയാളം (Malayalam), ગુજરાતી (Gujarati), বাংলা (Bengali), اردو (Urdu), ଓଡ଼ିଆ (Odia), ਪੰਜਾਬੀ (Punjabi), සිංහල (Sinhala), 简体中文 (Simplified Chinese), 繁體中文 (Traditional Chinese), Français (French), Español (Spanish), العربية (Arabic), Čeština (Czech), Português (Portuguese), Deutsch (German), Русский (Russian), Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian), 日本語 (Japanese), and 한국어 (Korean). Exact birth dates are never required.
