I have been using this app for years with no problem, and now it won't track my walk for more than one block out the door. It says I need to turn off battery saver, but it is not on at any level (background or foreground). I see the problem from other users, but the solutions provided aren't adequate. I'm using the updated app, have cleared cache, have reviewed settings - there is a bug in the app that needs to be fixed. No problems before the last update!

I love the idea of walking for rescues but this is obviously another app originated on Apple transported to Android and sucks. I have yet to have it continue to track my walk more than 3 minutes in. As soon as the screensaver kicks in and the phone locks, it seems to end the walk. And yes, I've allowed it to run in the background on Android but it still dies.

Just put this on my smartphone and tried to use it, but if the screen goes off, it stops tracking. Even with no power saving and allowing background data and location enabled, I walked a couple of miles with my Dobermans, and the app said I only walk 0.06 of a mile and my walking speed was 1.5 mph. I know I walk faster than that. It's great it's for a good cause, but not doing any good when the app doesn't work. Yes, I have the latest version. Don't respond back with just contact support.
