Been using the app for almost 2 years now and it has always stopped tracking if I record a video while on our walk. I thought maybe the location settings on my phone's camera were interfering with the app, but when I checked, I didn't even have location enabled on the camera to begin with. Not sure what else would be interfering with the tracking while I have the camera app open, but it's the only app that conflicts with WoofTrax in such a way.

I have been using this app for years. Once in a while something would happen and it wouldn't track or the app would crash. It did not happen often though. Yesterday, I started using the updated version of the app. I hate it!! GPS location is off by quite a bit. GPS bounces all over the place and does not track the mileage accurately. Very disappointing as I walk, hike and backpack with my dogs a lot and like to track the mileage. I will have to find a different app to use.

I have had this app for about 7 years. Doesn't always track right, I thought because of dicey internet coverage. I got a new phone and now I keep getting notifications saying that the app is turning on intermittently and using up the battery. It said to put it deep sleep, but then it wouldn't work at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, no luck. I really like earning money for my local humane shelter, but these issues are making it frustrating. Is there anything that would fix it?
