I SENT IN EMAIL with screenshots about issues on December 20th, but it's January and have yet to hear anything from them. I started using this app in 2018 and it was accurate. I was unable to use it for over two years due to medical issues. I started using it again this past June and my husband started using it because we are walking together almost every time. Most of the time it gives him double the distance as me. I would love if this app could be more accurate. It will also be only app open.

This app has greatly improved over the approximately 10 years we've been using it! It's been a great tool and helps our local animal shelter, so thanks! Just a few suggestions: 1. Make it possible to calculate individually how far each dog went in a particular time-frame without having to add them up manually; 2. Make it possible to reset goals back to daily, rather than weekly. 3. Return the function that the app used to have to shut down due to lack of motion or due to vehicle motion.

Looks good... ON PAPER ONLY! I (and others!) have sent emails regarding app interruptions (you have to check the app to make sure it wasn't stopped) when phone calls are received and when other apps are used. SO FAR BOTH OF MY EMAILS HAVE BEEN IGNORED. CUSTOMER SERVICE VIRTUALLY NON EXISTENT - APPARENTLY THEY'RE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT ADVERTISER'S CLICKS THAN ASSISTING SUBSCRIBERS!!! If you don't believe me, click on "See All Reviews" & look at the issues then look at the dates they were submitted
