Ratings and reviews

This app used to be great. It doesn't work anymore. It doesn't matter what email I try to use I put in a code and I get an error when I make a reservation saying human verification error. Of course reserve America has no tech support in the email they send you back when you open a ticket, is completely useless. I would rate this app and -1 if I could. As of 2/19/25, nothing has changed.

samsung s24u. I cant read any of the alerts, I can't read anything I have to agree too. if I do want to read it, I need to highlight and copy it to a Note to read it. During winter I was unable to reserve sites that were clearly not taken. I am not sure it was even accurate for what I just booked (the map). we will see in a few weeks. I am never able to select equipment. I thought hey maybe the mobile app is just bad, I'll use the website. also terrible. What is my $10 fee going too?

Why are there ads in this app? There was an ad at the bottom that looked like a part of the app. I entered card information, thinking that I was entering it on the app but when I went back I saw that it was an ad. It's terrible that we're forced to use this instead of reserving directly at the campground, but to have misleading ads on top of that? Not ok.
