8/26/22: App SUCKS!! Still not fixed for years. Does not save Details when making multiple camping reservations. I entered in all Details and clicked to make another reservation but when I went to the cart to pay the Details were not there. I had to re-enter all the Details again, for each reservation. For frequent users we should be able to establish a profile so we don't have to enter in the Details Every.Single.Time. Same with CC information. Obviously nobody reads these comments.

Incredibly frustrating to get to the point of booking and get the "service unavailable message" repeatedly As a person traveling alone I don't have the ability to try to rebook the last site available from the road, either. So uncool. ,

The app itself is broken it intermittently seems to think that there's no internet connection when there is. Also when it does work it's poorly designed, hard to use, the qr codes only go to the home page not the page for the campground much less the page for the campsite. Then the convenience fee that they charge for you for suffering through the use of the app is just the cherry on top of this pile of lukewarm excrement.
