Ratings and reviews

The latest "update" has made this app MUCH worse. Errors trying to sign in with fingerprint, slow performance. Going to their website isn't much better. It's full of large, annoying ads now. Looks like a scam website. Neither app not web will allow me to alter the dates of my reservation. Phone support is slow. To top it off, they are enforcing a 2-night minimum that is not in line with CT state park rules and fees. And let's not forget the extra fees for everything.

The website and app do not work properly, always encountering errors, always making sites disappear when trying to book, this has to be the worst mechanism to book a campsite that exists. Its upsetting because we live in the age of technological advancement and it would be so simple streamline this app. It's really annoying and aggravating since theres no other options for booking state parks other than this horrible app/ website. 0 stars.

Horrible website and app. Can't find current reservations last 2 years; most of the time when I try to log in it tells me I have no account; if I try to make account it says I already have one. Resetting password doesn't work because it says I don't have an account. Customer service very nice but no help; I have 3 emails saying they have fixed/updated my account; not fixed but they keep putting my address back to old address where we haven't lived for over a year.
