FaxCover Free - fax cover pages or fax cover sheets, for your fax in PDF format for use with any fax app or as a fax cover sheet on a traditional fax machine. Fax cover sheets have a promotion of our FaxFile fax app in the footer which is removable with an in-app upgrade.

Choose which fields you want to show on your fax cover sheet. Fax cover sheets can include a note section for your typed in message to your recipient.

Create templates for common faxes and save them for easy use on your next fax cover page.

Includes built-in disclaimers for optional confidential information and HIPAA compliance statements at the bottom of your fax cover sheet.

Generates PDF files that can be used with your favorite fax app or printed out and used as a cover sheet for a manual fax.

Note: FaxCover generated fax cover sheet pages contains a footer on each cover page generated. The footer references FaxFile and FaxCover and contains both a link and a QR code to get more information. The footnote may be removed through an in-app upgrade purchase.
