If you are insured by ACUNSA in the COMFORT, GLOBAL or FIRST modalities with this APP you will be able to access a free assistance service to clarify small doubts related to your health and well-being.

You will have immediate access to various medical specialties (general medicine, pediatrics, gynecology and cardiology), as well as health professionals (nutritionists, personal trainers and psychologists).
- Access with your ID.
- Choose the type of query you want to make *:
· Chat in all specialties.
· Medical videocall with specialists in general medicine.
- Select the specialist you need from the list of professionals.
* Specialists in general medicine 24/7, other specialties from Monday to Friday.

You will see that each professional appears with a green or red circle. Green means that the professional is available at that moment and will answer you in less than two minutes. If it is red, it will answer you when it reconnects.

Through ACUNSA's e-doctor you can share photos, videos, analytics and medical reports with professionals. The application also allows to maintain a simplified medical history (allergies, diseases, treatments or medications) to facilitate the work of the medical team.
