Cyra Check is a gentle daily check app for people who live alone and want a simple way to keep a trusted contact informed.

During the morning check window, Cyra Check looks for phone activity on the user’s Android phone. If morning phone activity is recorded, Cyra Check can send a simple Cyra Update email to the trusted contact. If no morning phone activity is recorded, Cyra Check can send a Cyra Notice email so the trusted contact may consider checking in directly.

Cyra Check is designed to be simple, calm, and easy to control. The user can turn Morning Check on or off, enter their trusted contact email, and confirm that the trusted contact has agreed to receive Cyra email updates.

Cyra Check is not an emergency service, medical alert system, or caregiving service. It does not call emergency services, provide medical advice, or guarantee that help will arrive. It is intended only as a gentle daily status update tool.
