Very useful bank account to have. The account opening process was easy. I am already a customer of ADCB so I feel comfortable banking with ADCB Nomo. The App can sometimes be unreliable. It sometimes will not open and sometimes freezes. Their customer service is very easy to contact, and they are very responsive. The bank has good interest rates on fixed deposit accounts, and their recently introduced instant access savings account has good interest rates. I recommend this bank account.

After 2 to 5 smooth transactions. They will hold ongoing and incoming payments with high level scrutiny. At times asking for private information ( date of birth of sender, bank statement). After some time transacting with this bank becomes difficult and utter headache. ADCB is the best bank in UAE. But NOMO is not living upto that standard.

Transfers to UAE or even to other UK banks take a very long time, up to even a week or more for UK, without explanation on delay. Customer services unresponsive at times despite claiming 24/7. You will get a ticket number 24/7 but not necessarily a real response.
