EzFees is the simple offline fee book for anyone who collects money every month — tuition and coaching teachers, music, dance and abacus classes, gyms and fitness trainers, PG hostels and paying-guest owners, and small monthly-bill collectors.

WHY EZFEES
Most fee apps are heavy, need a login, and push your student data to a server. EzFees works like your notebook — but it creates dues automatically, calculates balances, and sends clean PDF receipts on WhatsApp in one tap.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY DUES
Add a member once with their monthly amount and due day. EzFees creates that month's due for every active member automatically — even if you don't open the app. Paused or left members stop getting new dues, and paused members can auto-resume after a set number of months.

COLLECT IN SECONDS
Record full or partial payments, choose the mode (cash, UPI, card, bank), and a PDF receipt is generated instantly to share on WhatsApp with the parent or member.

KNOW WHO OWES WHAT
See this month's dues and last month's overdue amounts separately, so you always know exactly what needs chasing. Send a polite WhatsApp reminder to one member, or walk through every defaulter one tap at a time.

BATCHES & GROUPS
