About this app

AdminGYM is the app for members and staff of gyms that use the AdminGYM management system. It only works if your gym uses AdminGYM and has already activated the app: to link it, you need the 6-character code on its sign or to scan the QR code on the sign.

It's a single app for many gyms. When you link your gym, the app displays its name, logo, and colors.

How to log in: Create your account with your email and a password, and confirm your email; or log in with your Google account. Then link your gym. If you're a member, the gym sends you a code via WhatsApp to the mobile phone they have on file; if you don't receive it, reception approves your request. If you're a staff member, your gym invites you by email. You can log in with the same account from any phone.

For members:
• QR Code ID: Staff scan it with the app to find your membership card. The app automatically adjusts the brightness, and once downloaded, the ID card is displayed even without an internet connection.


For members: • Your membership: plan, expiration date, days remaining, remaining visits if your plan is pay-per-visit, and outstanding balance.

• Classes: check the schedule, book, and cancel. If your gym has a floor plan, choose your spot. Classes with an additional cost are paid at reception.

• Your routine: daily exercises, with images or videos when your gym adds them.

• Your progress: weight, BMI, and measurements recorded by your gym, with a graph of your weight and monthly visits.

• Family and multiple gyms: if several members share your phone, or if you go to more than one gym, switch between them without logging in again.

For gym staff:
• Daily summary: money by category and payment method, cash register balance, admissions, outstanding balances, and memberships expiring soon.

• Daily admissions and list of outstanding balances, with direct phone or WhatsApp access.

• Members: search for them by name or number, or scan their QR code, and see if they can enter, their membership status, and their balance. Register members, correct membership cards, and take photos with the camera.

• Cashier: Collect payments or renew memberships and sell products from the counter at the open register, with a shareable receipt.

• Catalog: Membership plans with prices and schedules, products, stock levels, and inventory movements.

• Classes: Schedule classes, weekly classes, studios with a map, and attendance tracking.

• Routines: Create routines and exercises with images or GIFs from your gallery and assign them to your members.

• AdminGYM system reports, downloadable in Excel format.

• Door: Open the door from a linked mobile phone if the gym's door or turnstile is connected to AdminGYM. This is recorded under your user account.

• Access requests: Approve members who request access to the app.

Each function respects your user permissions in AdminGYM, and some only appear when your gym has the version that includes them. If you are a staff member, you can protect the app with your fingerprint.

Privacy and Account
