I have used this app for years and pay for it. Never had any issues with the mobile version which is what I use most. Gave 5 stars. At some point in the last month or two, the app is acting really strangely. When I choose a photo to edit, the image itself changes as if glitching before I've even done anything to it. Recently, after doing a bunch of edits and downloading to my phone, it downloads the original image, without edits. I don't know what changed but it is almost unusable at this point.

I'd like to give this app 5 stars for its feature set but it crashes far too often. Lens blur is a particularly bad culprit. And when it crashes this way, all edit progress is lost. This has cost me hours of wasted time. I'm on a Pixel 9 Pro, so antiquated hardware or an obscure build of Android isn't the bottleneck here. This product isn't cheap for a mobile app and these stability issues definitely give me cause to seek out alternatives. It's too bad because when it works, it works great.

Hello there! Thanks for the detailed feedback. We’re sorry about the crashes and lost edits, especially on a Pixel 9 Pro. Please email us at LrAndroid-Feedback@adobe.com with logs and a screen recording so we can investigate. Here’s how to collect logs: https://adobe.ly/LrMobileLogs. ^RC

BEWARE! signed up for a free trial to edit some photos for my sister. Long story short I forgot to cancel and started getting billed the 30$ a month. Whoops! I finally get around to canceling my subscription and come to find out there is an 89.00$ cancelation fee! this was never disclosed to me during the sign up process, but best believe it's in their contract. Unless you plan on using Adobe products for well over a year at least 20 some dollars a month I would discourage you. Hefty Fee if not
