I have had problems downloading the AB remote on my phone. It would pop up for about 2 seconds and then stop. It says I have a bug in the software. I tried numerous times and always the same results. I couldn't adjust the volumes without this AB remote on my phone. I finally went to my computer and installed the app on the phone through the computer and now it works fine. I don't understand when the app disappears out of no where, why I can't install the app over the phone. without computer

Like so many other people, I had issues with this app recently. Uninstalling and reinstalling will not work! To fix it, you'll need to clear the cache AND data, then remove your processor, run the app, and go through the step by step instructions to re-pair your processor. Works like a charm! The app does a great job making it easier for me to use my processors.

For one the app won't open so I can change my program. Keeps crashing. If I change the volume through the app it won't stay where I put it especially if I get a notification on my phone, which then resets the volume You have to be connected to internet/wifi in order to use the app which sucks if you have to change your programs or volume especially if you're camping or just don't have any service.
