I have had problems downloading the AB remote on my phone. It would pop up for about 2 seconds and then stop. It says I have a bug in the software. I tried numerous times and always the same results. I couldn't adjust the volumes without this AB remote on my phone. I finally went to my computer and installed the app on the phone through the computer and now it works fine. I don't understand when the app disappears out of no where, why I can't install the app over the phone. without computer

Like so many other people, I had issues with this app recently. Uninstalling and reinstalling will not work! To fix it, you'll need to clear the cache AND data, then remove your processor, run the app, and go through the step by step instructions to re-pair your processor. Works like a charm! The app does a great job making it easier for me to use my processors.

11/3/24 Trash... I rely on this to communicate with my family and friend online clearly but sometimes it won't load and fail. Sometimes I have to keep uninstalling and reinstall it. Clear cache or data, just a hassle. Please fix this. Oh, sometimes it won't open. 3/18/24 Its even worse. I can't even open it at all. What's the point of the app if I can't even use it? So much for "fixing" it. Hire an expert who can actually fix it for the deaf community. Seem like there's no effort to fix it tbh.
