The AB Remote is a smartphone app that is designed to provide user control over volume and program changes as well as provide access to help information.

The AB Remote app provides direct connectivity and control of Advanced Bionics Naída CI M and Sky CI M sound processors and Phonak Naída Link M and Sky Link M hearing instruments.

It doesn't like to find the devices easily. Once you connect them, don't ever let the app stop running or close it because then you'll have to uninstall and reinstall the app for find your devices again and that's a big maybe. Sometimes it'll only connect to one ear and not the other. Nightmare of an app.

Was working great until a few moments ago. Had a problem with the sound processor. I changed sound processors and the CI works fine. I reinstalled the app and now it opens and immediately closes. Got a message that said the app had a bug and to try again after the developer fixed the bug. I am a huge AB fan (implanted July 2023). Will try again later.

For one the app won't open so I can change my program. Keeps crashing. If I change the volume through the app it won't stay where I put it especially if I get a notification on my phone, which then resets the volume You have to be connected to internet/wifi in order to use the app which sucks if you have to change your programs or volume especially if you're camping or just don't have any service.
