I pay for the advanced features. The GPS charts are fairly accurate, especially on approach shots. Some of the traps and trees are off by 5yds. If you're going to play in a serious match, playing a practice round and walking off or shooting the yardage would be much more accurate. This is especially true if you need accurate cover distances. The Green maps are helpful if you like that kind of thing. Submitting your scores is a breeze. I'd say this is a must-have app and you will enjoy it!

I really like the new GPS function. The map I used was accurate, easy to read, and easy to use. That being said while I used it for the first time I had a problem with the app constantly freezing. I know it is a new feature, but it was frustrating. Then when I pushed the review button at the end I got a white screen. Luckily after several minutes it reloaded. Hopefully this gets addressed in future updates.

The original purpose of the app still works fine, that is entering your scores and checking out your handicap on the course you're playing. The hole by hole scoring with stats could use a few more stats, but it's not a big deal. The real problem though is the new GPS feature they added to the app. Which worked for a couple weeks, however the GPS currently doesn't work at all on my phone. I can download and play hole 1 but the app crashes if you tap next hole. It's it supposed to do that?
