Wally turns any phone or tablet into a loyalty reader for your counter.

Scan a customer's Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass with the camera and everything you need is on screen straight away: who they are, how many stamps they have, what they are owed. Add the stamp, hand over the reward, serve the next customer.

WHAT IT DOES

• Scan pass QR codes with the device camera
• Type a code by hand when a pass is damaged or unreadable
• Stamp cards — add a stamp, see progress at a glance, hand over banked rewards
• Points — add and redeem points, with the balance checked before anything is sent
• Loyalty by spend — enter a basket total and Wally works out the stamps or cashback
• Tickets, coupons and memberships — validate and redeem at the door or the till
• Full-screen confirmation after every action, readable across the counter

BUILT FOR A BUSY COUNTER

Every reader is set up from your Wally dashboard, and each device only gets the permissions you grant it. A till that should only add stamps cannot redeem rewards. Change what a reader is allowed to do at any time and the device picks it up on the next refresh — no reinstall, no new build.

Receipt numbers are checked so the same receipt can never earn twice. Daily and weekly limits stop a card being over-stamped, and a manager can open a short override from the dashboard when a customer genuinely needs one.

Wally is for businesses already running loyalty on Wally — cafés, restaurants, bars, salons and retailers. Sign in with the reader ID and password from your dashboard.
