It is so annoying to log in. Doesn't allow just biometric sign on after first time. Have to do fingerprint, then password, then text code. Constantly having to reset password. Doesn't remember my device. It's been months since this review - and nothing has changed. I have to type in my username, then when it prompts my thumbprint, I do it...then it says that online isn't available...then locks me out. I have never had to reset my password for a single app so many times in my life lol.

The account number and routing number can be somewhat hard to find unless you're knowledgeable about navigating the app. The help system may take a day to reply and has no video support or 24/7 customer support. The credit union closes on bank holidays, which is unusual for a credit union but not a bank. The high yield savings or checking account is a fixed rate of $6.00 a month despite what the APY is listed at, which may be a false advertising issue or might not. It's otherwise a great app.

Thank you for your feedback. We are available M-F 8AM-6PM and Sat 9AM-2PM, closed Sunday and all federal holidays. The $6.00 is the cash back reward for the checking account we offer, but we also have a high interest rate option as well. Several issues with this app. It is not as easy or fast as the old app. I do not want adds in my banking app and they keep popping up even after I chose "don't show me this again". It took 24 hours to complete a transfer between checking and savings. It took a full day with several calls to get it set up and allow me access my accounts. My account requires I use the banking app a certain number of times a month to maintain account status and I find this one inconvenient and frustrating.
