About this app

Pemepro is the simple business tracker for shops, hustles, and anyone just starting out.

Built for ice cream carts, food stands, mom-and-pop shops, bodegas, hair salons, freelancers, service providers, and early-stage startups — people who need to keep their business organized without paying for a full accounting suite.

This is NOT a fiscal or tax-compliance app. Once your business grows big enough that local law requires official accounting software, you will know to move on. Until then, keep everything organized here. You can also use Pemepro as a personal inventory and sales log alongside a fiscal system you already run.


WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Inventory — products with photos, barcodes, categories, buy prices, target sell prices.
• Bulk price adjustments — apply ±% to all items or a category with a preview first.
• Sales — single-item sales or multi-item "Make a Sale" carts. Scan a QR or barcode to add a product straight to the cart.
• Platform fees — preset marketplaces and custom ones; platform fees, shipping, and other costs are subtracted from profit automatically.
• Clients (optional) — keep a client registry, attach sales to clients, see per-client history.
• Credit sales — sell on credit to a client, record payments over time. Outstanding balances and CREDIT — UNPAID / CREDIT — PAID chips update live across the dashboard, reports, and client pages.
• Reverse sales — refund with a reason (customer request or mistake). Inventory is restored automatically and totals exclude the reversed sale.
• Reports — filter by yesterday, this week, this month, last month, or a custom date range. Review every sale and refund, then export as CSV or PDF to WhatsApp, email, or Files.
• Multi-currency — one base currency plus a second display currency with a manual exchange rate. Every price shows in both. Historical sales keep the rate they were made at.
• Privacy toggle — hide every money amount on the dashboard with one tap when a customer is looking over your shoulder.
• 6 languages — English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese, Arabic.


PRIVACY YOU CAN VERIFY

• Completely offline. No account, no cloud, no server.
• We collect NOTHING about you, your business, or your clients. No analytics, no tracking.
• You own your data. Export a full JSON backup any time. Deleting the app erases everything.
• The only exception: Google AdMob may use the standard mobile Advertising ID for banner ads. That is Google's tracker, not ours, and you can turn it off in device settings or remove it entirely with Remove Ads.


MADE FOR LATAM AND EMERGING MARKETS FIRST

Pemepro was designed around the reality of small businesses in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, and elsewhere where exchange rates move daily, credit sales are a way of life, and a full fiscal accounting suite is overkill. It is translated into English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese, and Arabic out of the box.


NOT WHAT THIS APP IS

• Not a tax-compliance or fiscal-invoicing tool
• Not an accounting suite with payroll or general ledger
• Not a multi-user POS with employee logins
• Not a cloud service
