"Not recommended AT ALL" Worst Shopping Experience I ever had, Money was deducted 2 times and I got an error saying "Constraint error" and on anither occasion "Item not available" and so many error messages yet no order was registered ! Also it's nearly impossible to find an available customer support agent to reply most of the time Same Experience goes for the website tho.

For Saudi Arabia customers, the shipping experience is always below any expectations. Their logistics provider is very bad. Choose to click and collect from the nearest store, moreover, the application is totally unstable, with a lot of crashes and unknown errors, and you won't be able to add any item to the cart most of the time. Even the favorite items aren't accessible due to the same unknown errors.

It was very good before updating the app. Now it is very bad; I bought 3 times in the last 10 days. One was cancelled of 9 items & the money was refunded and the other 2 purchases, I received only 6 items of 18 I bought, & the money isn't refunded yet, all because the order was not available due to high demand. I don't know why the app doesn't show that the item is out of stock. I also release that some of the items that was refunded was shown again with the same sizes after few days.
