very bad application the last 2 orders after check out the money deducted from my account then message of something wrong happened appeared and the order wasnot done

broken application ,had to go check the website to know why the pay button was not showing , ui/ux is one of the worst I have ever seen , you have to scroll to select the details and when you select it the address gets missed up ,ended selecting pick up from the store just to avoid selecting the cities and areas for the 6th time .

For Saudi Arabia customers, the shipping experience is always below any expectations. Their logistics provider is very bad. Choose to click and collect from the nearest store, moreover, the application is totally unstable, with a lot of crashes and unknown errors, and you won't be able to add any item to the cart most of the time. Even the favorite items aren't accessible due to the same unknown errors.
