Good app, more convenient for me than using the website on a computer at homeBut..... Sometimes app is slow loading the banner images, regardless of low great & fast my internet connection is. Also app can be glitchy when you look at individual products and then back out, instead of taking you back to what you were looking at it will put you back to the home page, which is annoying when looking at all flavors, etc. Checkout is easy, and connects with my account and shop, which is convenient.

Customer service is mostly a dumb ai bot. Orders take way longer than they used to and may take up to 3 weeks to arive after paying 10 dollars for shipping. They try to hide pre orders to trick you to buy them. Buy other products if willing or at least don't buy direct, it's a terrible experience. It used to be great but the company is turning way more corporate and has become scummy.

Well, it works? Sometimes. I won't waste your time with all the details, but sometimes the push notifications don't actually work, it sometimes signs you out even if you'd want to stay signed in, and there's probably another thing I'm forgetting about, but it does work at least. Kinda wish the UI was a bit nicer.
