Sometimes it works other times not. I tried connecting with the company but they were of no use at all. No one seems to be able to give me any help with it. Can end up not working for weeks and then all of a sudden it's working again.

I have used this app for a couple of years now and its simplicity to use.the padlock images are confusing as they are the wrong way round

App needs big updates, Looks very old and not the best layout.

Hello,
We do actually have a new app out that has replaced this one called the "AES PRO". It is tailored to devices with more recent firmware but even devices with older will work fine, as there may only be a couple of features that will not work due to older firmware.
We have videos on YouTube if you need help getting started with the new app.
