BP Notebook is a simple diary for your blood pressure. Type in the numbers from your own blood pressure monitor in a few seconds, see how they change over time, and give your doctor a clear PDF report.
The app doesn't take readings itself. It keeps the numbers you write down from your own devices, like a paper notebook that also draws the charts and works out the averages.
What you can do
• Log blood pressure and pulse in seconds with a large number keypad. Arm and position are filled in from last time.
• Also log blood glucose with meal timing, weight, and pulse on its own.
• Log SpO₂ (oxygen saturation) and body temperature too.
• Choose your units: mmHg or kPa, mg/dL or mmol/L, kg, lb or stones, °C or °F.
• See a category for each blood pressure reading from the AHA/ACC 2025 or ESC 2024 tables, shown with a label and an icon. Categories are for information only.
• Charts with averages, lowest and highest values, and separate morning and evening averages.
• History by day, with filters, edit and undo.
• A PDF report for your doctor: a summary page with averages and a chart, then every reading in a table. Share it, print it or save it.
• Export all readings to a CSV file for a spreadsheet, free and unlimited.
• Reminders at the times you choose.
• Back up all your data to one file and restore it on a new phone. You decide where the file is kept.
• Large text, dark mode, a high-contrast theme, big buttons and plain words.
• Available in 22 languages.
Free and Pro
BP Notebook is free with ads. Every reading type, history, charts for 7 and 30 days, CSV export, backup and restore, and 2 reminders are included.
Ads are a small banner on some screens, a short video you choose to watch before each doctor PDF, and at most one full-screen ad a day. If no video is available, you still get your PDF. There are no ads on the screen where you add a reading.
Pro is optional. It's an in-app purchase: monthly, yearly or a single one-time payment.
Everything in Free, plus:
• No ads
• Unlimited doctor PDFs with no ads to watch
• Your date of birth and doctor's name on the PDF
• Charts for 90 days, 1 year and all time, with morning and evening averages over any range
• Unlimited reminders, with text for each reading type
• Encrypted backups, locked with your own passphrase
• Automatic weekly backup
Your privacy
• No account and no sign-up.
• Your readings are stored only on your phone. They leave it only when you export, share or back them up.
• Ads never use your readings or any other health data.
