Final Update - my employer partnered with this app for health benefit programs, and I participated in an activity health challenge. Over the last several weeks, app continues to crash in new ways or data syncs with Garmin activity are incorrect. App team has pushed 2 updates, but each introduced new app breaking bugs, and they want you to call them to troubleshoot every issue. Final impression very poor, and unable to participate in my employer health programs and activities as a result.

Hi Kenneth. Thank you again for your reviews. The offer to call us is meant to assist in anyway we can. You still have the option to use the web version and make manual entries based on your Garmin data while we resolve these issues. Thank you.

This app is unusable. It freezes no stop and once you finally navigate to the page you need, it gives you an error. I uninstalled and reinstalled, I tried using it on data and three different wifis to no avail. Save yourself the strife and don't bother. Edit to the reply: I know how to navigate to the page. It's just that the app continuously crashes and errors out on the page I want.

The app is clunky and not easy to use. It's also glitchy and buggy. But it works ok. My biggest annoyance with it is the content of the coaching. My company has been using the program for 3 years. You get a discount on your health insurance for reaching a certain level on the coaching. Thre problem is, to reach that level you have to repeat things you've already done - there just isn't enough to get there without repetition. Now that this is the third year doing it I'm quite bored.
