No problems. Got my code first time and set up my account. I set uv-5r back to factory specs manually and used Bluetooth for first time ever for programming. Programmed a few channels and tested those and all was fine. Added more a few minutes later and all was good. Radio is two weeks old and phone is a week old. Nice app. Much too learn.

Got it to work. Had to turn off my blue tooth hearing aids. So in short it cannot cope with more than a single BT signal. I still think a cable and chirp software is better.

Useless. Just bought UV-21HB. Not even listed on the app. Won't communicate with device. Don't buy the radio if you are looking to use the Bluetooth programming feature.
