It won't send a verification code so I can register my device. I have checked my junk mail and tried to resend the code several times. I see no support option on the app for help. I triple checked that I had put in my email correctly. No luck at all. If I can't even register my account to use the scanner, then it's just useless. I'm returning it to the store. Good luck if this is how you run your business. Customer service is gone these days.

I tried so many times to connect, never does, waste of time

The only way I can discribe this app is useless. Tried it on 3 different andriod devices followed the instruction to the letter and could not get it to work. After more attempts helped with more coffee and the neighbors coming out to look at the fool sat in his car for hours I decided that life is to short. Please let me and the others that have suffered this total waste of time know when you get it fixed.
