Worst app ever switching banks haven't been able to see my accounts in over a month! All I hear from the bank when they decide to answer the phone is " we are working on it"! Even when it was "working" it would only let me do mobile deposits or online bill pay about 50% of the time ! Garbage!

Elan sucks. They gave me 3k on a business credit card when my other cards were 23k-40k and my personal cards are 25k, they took 3 weeks to send my credit card, now they're claiming they'll have to hold my payment I issued to pay off the balance for another week because of a return payment per the representative. When I informed her that's not true because this is a brand new account she replied then maybe that's why. But she had just provided me the other excuse confidently. -100 stars. Aholes
