Annoying to use. when entering UID, it kept adding random characters which i had to keep erasing. had to enter it several times. then I go to a different app to take photo of shipping label per registration process and go back to app (without closing it) and it refreshed so I had to start over completely and enter UID several times again.

Now that I have my results, I'm ready to put in the work to get to the bottom of which foods and/or other items I need to avoid temporarily (or permanently) to get my inflammation under control without having to use otc or prescription medications. Everything about 5 strands has been fantastic! The price, the kit, the app, and all the information.

This app is completely user friendly. I love that it separates by sensitivity category and then groups everything together by your level of sensitivity/imbalance. It's so easy to read and understand. I was actually shocked to see how many food items that are deemed "healthy" that my body is struggling with. This will definitely help me fine tune my eating plan.
