Now that I have my results, I'm ready to put in the work to get to the bottom of which foods and/or other items I need to avoid temporarily (or permanently) to get my inflammation under control without having to use otc or prescription medications. Everything about 5 strands has been fantastic! The price, the kit, the app, and all the information.

This app is completely user friendly. I love that it separates by sensitivity category and then groups everything together by your level of sensitivity/imbalance. It's so easy to read and understand. I was actually shocked to see how many food items that are deemed "healthy" that my body is struggling with. This will definitely help me fine tune my eating plan.

The app doesn't even give me a "cant remember you password option". Not even after providing an invalid one. f I have to access it online, I may as well get my results there as well. Bummer.
