This app is horrible at least for a global crows member. Try to do anything and it says login which I had already done. Can't do simple things like view the voucher that should be available in my account. Unable to purchase tickets for games when I will be in Australia. Emails have gone unanswered and the app just seems to solidify global members are not valued for anything other than raising the number of members the club can claim

having to go to another app from this app to get my ticket is annoying. this has to be one of the worst club apps. the club needs to listen to the fans. mostvthings dont load. everything on here sends you somewhere else. spent ages just trying to find my membership number.

Member card button always takes me to the tickets for upcoming games. I cannot, for the life of me, work out how to see an electronic copy of my membership. I don't have a physical card. Then, trying to check my ticket for this weekend, it appears as a half screen. Attending last year, I could view the full ticket and add it to my phone wallet. I have no option to do that right now. So frustrating!!!
