This app is horrible at least for a global crows member. Try to do anything and it says login which I had already done. Can't do simple things like view the voucher that should be available in my account. Unable to purchase tickets for games when I will be in Australia. Emails have gone unanswered and the app just seems to solidify global members are not valued for anything other than raising the number of members the club can claim

Just the clunkiest and most awful app. Horrible navigation and bugs, presumably due to Ticketmaster framework being already dreadful. Maddening to use, go round in circles re-entering passwords, leaves you stuck at the Oval gates when it decides to fail.

app is pretty average in many ways, but... the abomination that is caused by Ticketmaster integration is enough for me to prefer running head first into a wall over using this. Use a browser version instead of this app, at least you can get some functionality that way. This app is largely useless unfortunately. Cannot even see basic information like membership details with seat numbers.
