Latest updates with Ticketmaster have caused some issues with accessing the member store voucher. Was working fine on the previous version but could make the game. Have tried to access about a dozen times in the last 2 weeks with both wifi, mobile data, and different locations, different devices and can't access the barcode. It just has the Ticketmaster insert saying there are issues and try again later in a different location. Everything else works well though.

Atrocious app. This has to be the worst app for a club I've ever used. I try over and over and OVER to login in. It freaks out, logs my into and old account, I reset it, logs me in, gives me an error and says session expired but my account is there, try to login again, doesn't work etc etc. It's a nightmare. Plus often the tickets don't even load to the app. And then sometimes I go to the member area and it just crashes. Not to mention, everytime you try and call, it just hangs up on you!

this app never actually works when you need it to. you have to download tickets to games but you can't actually log in to download the tickets. its a constant loop of sign in, you've been signed out, sign in, you've been signed out. you've got to go some backwards way to just even see the tickets you've purchased for the whole season. its exhausting and so incredibly frustrating that it just doesn't work.
