I have to uninstall and reinstall the app each time I want to access My Card to download my ticket. Access to My Card only works on first load after install. Subsequent attempts to access My Card briefly shows the spinning logo then nothing. Poor member experience.

App can be slow at times. It certainly has improved though the last few years

I can't open this North Melbourne app on my HP PC. And it keeps on crashing on my Samsung phone. I just want to receive my ticket to the next game and it looks like it's an unfriendly app. I feel like dropping my membership which I've had for over 20 years and just subscribing to a sports channel to watch the games.
