Every time trying to get member tickets in the app is a painful process, has been like this for the last few years. Today on match day I am unable to access my tickets at all. This app is hands down the worst experience for managing tickets - I dread it each game having to use it. Have lost count of the number of times I have had to delete and reinstall. Swans pass members cannot transfer tickets to someone else - makes no sense. Terrible start to game day (again!). No idea how it gets 4.1 star

Frustrating experience trying to obtain member tickets, which is the only reason anyone needs the app. There's a bit that says 'Having trouble? Click on the Support button'. Support is only staffed during working hours. Problems relate to linking to Ticketmaster acct. The screen tells you to link the two, but there seems to be no way of doing this. There is very little troubleshooting info. Anyhow clearing cookies and reinstalling app solved it, but users shouldn't need to do this.

Wooden spooner. . . App is a great idea. Sadly, it lacks substance. At least three times a year, it has to be reinstalled. Not very happy, at all, especially with Telstra behind it, you'd expect a super responsive, up to date App, but it's easy from it.
