Ratings and reviews

Every time trying to get member tickets in the app is a painful process, has been like this for the last few years. Today on match day I am unable to access my tickets at all. This app is hands down the worst experience for managing tickets - I dread it each game having to use it. Have lost count of the number of times I have had to delete and reinstall. Swans pass members cannot transfer tickets to someone else - makes no sense. Terrible start to game day (again!). No idea how it gets 4.1 star

The ap is very poor and reflects badly on Swans from my perspective. As a season ticket holder it always a punish trying to login. The Ap often crashes or you have uninstall and reload to get through. There is a ridiculous tie-in with TicketMaster, meaning you need to also login to TicketMaster to get access to the Swans as a Ticket holder. It has been this way for the past three seasons and has not improved. THE Ap on my phone. Come on Swan get it sorted.

Wooden spooner. . . App is a great idea. Sadly, it lacks substance. At least three times a year, it has to be reinstalled. Not very happy, at all, especially with Telstra behind it, you'd expect a super responsive, up to date App, but it's easy from it.
