It does make filing easier. However, uploading seems like an old dinosaur. The way you go about uploading takes forever if there is multiple documents. Should be able to select your files, hit upload and done. The other one is that with my first claim, it kept asking me to print a document, however, there is no way to find it. No way to Search for it either on the app or on their website. Needs a lot of improvement.

Worthless. Says slow connection detected all the time, whether on 4G or Wi-Fi which means that it's their servers that suck, every time I try to take the picture of a receipt to upload through the app it crashes on my Samsung Galaxy S10. Wound up having my agents fax the receipts out to them, and it doesn't show that they've received them in the app. Don't waste your time with this folks. It's more exasperating than it's worth. They also don't keep ur status updated on it.

I had aflac 8-9 years ago and was very pleased with it, everything was easy to access, file, and get my money. I am OVERWHELMINGLY dissatisfied with it now. I can't read my messages in the app, it wants me to download app that I have to pay for. I have called many x's over a 2+ wk period to try to get 2 claims resolved. It's ridiculous when you call you have to get scheduled for a call back. I just increased my coverage at the cost of $10 more a week which I'm considering rescending. 😡
