I have been going to a gym for 6 months and aimlessly using machines I think I should use. I have done 3 workouts from Natacha Oceane and I can tell it is a much more effective workout. the Aflete app makes it easy to track my workouts and see what is up next. it is manually click through, no audio or auto track, but I like that because you can enter how much weight you use and take the rest breaks you need.

I l😍ve my workouts with Natacha's app/program! I purchased the program about 3 years ago (I think 🤔), and have come back to it over & over. The video clips with demonstration, the ability to adjust the reps and weight, and the option to add notes to each move is G🏆LD. In my 40 years I have endured many injuries, both physical and emotional 🫤. This program is customized to meet you where you are, with the guidance and suggestions provided by the lovely Natacha🫶.

I love a lot about this app, very user friendly. I like that there is a timer, videos for each exercise, a place to add notes on exercises, it keeps track of the weight and reps you completed last time you did an exercise. However, there is very little information on safety with exercises, modifications for exercises or alternatives. For example, a lot of the exercises are hard on the knees and there is no warning for this or how to correctly do the exercises. I hurt my knees about 4 weeks in
