I l😍ve my workouts with Natacha's app/program! I purchased the program about 3 years ago (I think 🤔), and have come back to it over & over. The video clips with demonstration, the ability to adjust the reps and weight, and the option to add notes to each move is G🏆LD. In my 40 years I have endured many injuries, both physical and emotional 🫤. This program is customized to meet you where you are, with the guidance and suggestions provided by the lovely Natacha🫶.

I love a lot about this app, very user friendly. I like that there is a timer, videos for each exercise, a place to add notes on exercises, it keeps track of the weight and reps you completed last time you did an exercise. However, there is very little information on safety with exercises, modifications for exercises or alternatives. For example, a lot of the exercises are hard on the knees and there is no warning for this or how to correctly do the exercises. I hurt my knees about 4 weeks in

I got this app because I purchased a workout program and the workouts themselves are great. However, the app is super dissapointing. The timer is super laggy. I will be looking at the timer to see when my set is up and I noticed that it freezes up. Sometimes a second on their timer is really two or three seconds in real time. I know this because i have compared it to the timers on my gyms treadmills or cardio machines. I wouldnt be complaining so much if it was a rare occurrence, but it's not.
