overall the UX is clanky and very static but I didn't mind because the service worked. However, after a terrible interaction with my last order buying fresh produce, I will no longer be using this service. They were unprofessional!

Good concept, but short on the user friendliness. In the list of restaurants, closed restaurants are shown too with no way to filter them out. If I want to order food I don't want to see closed restaurants! The default should be to not show them. When you apply a filter (such as 'pizza'), and then look at a restaurants menu, when you then go back to the restaurant list the filter is gone and you see the full list of restaurants again. Very frustrating.

Thank you for the feedback. In new versions of the app, closed restaurants are always listed at the bottom. We are working on the filter issue.

Very disappointing service, if I could rate zero I would!Had to make the same order twice due to apparent technical issues, however I had to cancel the order in the end because out of the several items that I ordered they only had two.I had to contact them multiple times just to get an update and although each member of the team was very apologetic they failed to deal with a simple matter and refund me as promised and have had to contact my bank in the end. Steer clear if you don't want stress!!
