Good concept, but short on the user friendliness. In the list of restaurants, closed restaurants are shown too with no way to filter them out. If I want to order food I don't want to see closed restaurants! The default should be to not show them. When you apply a filter (such as 'pizza'), and then look at a restaurants menu, when you then go back to the restaurant list the filter is gone and you see the full list of restaurants again. Very frustrating.

Thank you for the feedback. In new versions of the app, closed restaurants are always listed at the bottom. We are working on the filter issue.

Lovely idea... But your app is a bit difficult to navigate. Having to select a location everytime you open the app is cumbersome. The cancel button on an order isn't easily accessible, and also leaving the order screen to view other things when you've already placed an order is a mission. Adding a feature to track riders location on a map would also be good. Take a few tips from TigmooEats & Liquify.

The service is reliable and so far I have received all my deliveries. Problem is the UI (even with current update). 1. Vendor UI should appear next time I log in after my last order. 2. Introduce the "x" or "back" button to navigate around easily esp after the last order is done. 3. The "use my current location" is not functional limiting clienta to choose from the drop down menu which is limited. 4. No need for the "order status" to persist 1 month after last order was delivered

Hello Muhammad, thanks for your feedback! Do you mind discussing this further with us so that we can make improvements to the UI? Actually the app has back buttons and the "order status" also has a button to close it, so i am wondering why this isn't working for you.
