Afterglow Wellness is a Digital Therapeutics app promoting integrative wellbeing.

Afterglow promotes your therapeutic journey to a fulfilled life through a combination of skills training, education, interactive journalling and an in-app community.

Education:
- Afterglow provides educational content to promote your wellbeing
- These lessons are offered as audio files, combined with exercises to help you learn more about yourself and put these insights to work

Skills training:
- The educational content is supplemented with different skills, ranging from mindfulness to breathwork to other relaxation exercises
- The exercises help you to find healthy ways to cope with life when you need support
