BOLD is perfect for my hectic life. I can exercise at home, whenever I want. Among work, appointments, household duties, and other calendar items, I pencil in 30 to 45 minutes for myself 3 or 4 days a week. If the scheduled day or time gets away from me, I make it up the following day. I love the day and time scheduling flexibility.

I Really Love this App & the Opportunity to use this App for Free w/ my Health insurance!!! I look forward to these Sessions! I may miss a class once in awhile, but it's only because something came up

The exercise classes are very convenient. The app is easy to use and I can use it anywhere, anytime. There is a wonderful variety of classes to choose from. I'm enjoying BOLD very much, it's like having a exercise gym in my hand. Thank you!
