variety of instructors, that pŕovidè a variety of exercise classes. No pressure, which allows you increased success in completing class programs. Able to goʻ at your own pace. I am in a wheelchair and find the program to be both challenging and enjoyable.

I have really enjoyed Bold, short workouts, and secure for this old lady. I feel energized afterwards. There are so many options of workouts to choose from.
