About this app

AgileMate is the facilitator's companion: the formats, timers and prompts you actually need in the room, without a login screen or a network connection.

Everything runs on your device. No account, no server, no analytics, no ads. Open it in airplane mode and every feature still works.

Event guides
Purpose, outcomes, anti-patterns and preparation checklists for the four events inside the Sprint, plus Backlog Refinement, with a timebox calculator that scales to your sprint length and a guided flow that counts each step down for you.

37 retrospective formats
Filter by duration, team size, remote or in person, and how established the team is — including six built specifically for distributed teams. Every format runs as a timed sequence, so you facilitate the room instead of watching the clock.

Action tracking (Pro)
Capture what the team committed to, with an owner and a due date. The next retro opens with whatever is still open — the part that usually gets lost between sprints.

Estimation cards
Pass the phone around so everyone estimates without seeing the others. Fibonacci, T-shirt sizes, or a scale you define yourself.

Coaching questions
Four role-based decks, 96 powerful questions in all, with favourites, shuffle, and room for your own.

Scrum reference

Export and backup (Pro)
Send retrospective outcomes, health results and notes to your team as Markdown or CSV through your device's own share sheet. Back everything up to a single file that belongs to you, and restore it on a new phone.
