I am very disappointed with online services. They mostly prioritize local customers. I ordered a tws on home delivery via the app 3 days ago.. Still, they are not confirmed anything, I don't know if I'm I get the item I ordered. They are also very ignorant on whatsapp too. Which is frustrating. Can't tolerate such bad service.

They keep running campaigns saying ‘Order on the app and get a discount!’ — but when I’ve ordered from the app, they tell me no discount is available! What a joke!
