I was missing two mounting screws. I called customer service and was shipped immediately. Great experience .

i find it odd that in the age of technology there are not apps for smart devices that allow the use of VR headsets or meta type glasses for viewing. this seems simple minded for $3,000 thermal devices.

Does not capture audio like it's supposed to from the phone's microphone. It worked the first time I did it at home but when I actually went out to the range it would not work it would not capture audio from my phone only through the mic on the scope which sounds horrible.
