In the beginning the cost of the vehicle was reasonable and cheap for 70-80 a day. Once I have given the rating, the rates has been going up and up. It went from 70-80 to almost 200. I've talk to management and all so unprofessional and says their system is 99%. I have screenshots of conversations with them and how rude they are. They don't take accountability. The car shuts off when cold got to move it back and forth hoping it don't shut off when driving. DONT RENT FROM THEM UNPROFESSIONAL

I wouldn't recommend a long term rental from this company, especially not for gigs, the company will inconvenience you, interfere with your money then play "victim" or speak as if the business recently opened and they're still trying to figure things out. It doesn't matter whether you pay or not, it seems they'll find some extra fees to incur to the point you're SOLELY working FOR them. Also, I reserved a Chevy Trax but I was placed in a Sonic that reeked heavily of marijuana! Good luck

The customer service is excellent. My experience wasn't acceptable but I had to deal with it because I had no other rental company to turn too. Just know the Orange Equinox needs,a computer because the radio doesn't work, I constantly had to put air in tire on driver side. It has low engine pressure. This sometimes seems like it isn't catching gas when going up a hill -u have to keep pressing gas pedal until it catches and drive normal then. Transmission takes long to shift. Don't try turn fast.
