first time parking in a big city and this made it so simple , avoided many questions and much anxiety. the lot was right across the St from the venue and we booked a spot weeks in advance. didn't need to check in or anything , we just parked and left. it was cheap and the time was even extended for free, past what we initially paid for (probably because we were leaving in the middle of the night). still, we went for a night in the city and this app made it super easy and convenient

Annoying and didn't reserve. Paid $20 for parking, only for it to not go through when I tried to leave the venue. Then I learned the venue itself only charged $9, so I would have been better off not even using the app. Now I'm stuck trying to resolve the issue with the venue charging me and ParkingWhiz charging me. A waste of time, and I regret ever installing this app.

we've used this app a number of times and it's worked so well but not tonight. It will not accept any address I input- but only my current location. clearly where we are is not where we want to park. we're looking to book parking before we leave but it is not allowing me to find any parking except for exactly where I currently am. Perhaps there's a glitch in the system today? Hoping this could be fixed so we can use it the next time we are looking for parking
