first time parking in a big city and this made it so simple , avoided many questions and much anxiety. the lot was right across the St from the venue and we booked a spot weeks in advance. didn't need to check in or anything , we just parked and left. it was cheap and the time was even extended for free, past what we initially paid for (probably because we were leaving in the middle of the night). still, we went for a night in the city and this app made it super easy and convenient

This app works exactly as you would think. However! It does not provide offline access to parking passes. This is a big problem if you go into an underground garage with no data access. This happened to me. The "help" at the location couldn't find my pass in the system. While I didn't have my plate entered (and should have) it EASILY should have been searchable under my name (the screen on entry greeted me by name, so...) His suggestion? Pay again. Then request a refund. PROVIDE OFFLINE ACCESS!

I've used this app many times over the past couple of years for finding parking in downtown Detroit and can only recall one time where the code didn't work and I had to pay again, but I got a refund shortly after contacting customer service. Love taking the stress out of looking for a spot on the fly. Check Google reviews for lots before you buy, some places may not be worth the hassle. My only suggestion is to please add a rewards program for repeat customers.
