Tried to book parking. I had to extend the time by one hour due to an event they offered before the game I was going to. All the app did was give a loading circle. It never moved forward. When it did finally move forward, it showed me the time I wanted. I booked the time frame, and it reverted back to the original one. Customer service was zero help and a waste of time. Do not recommend it. If I could give zero stars, I would.

App won't show previous parking passes for regularly used license plate prior to installing app. Using and saving payments whether Google or card won't show previous passes. When I scan parking QR code the app automatically opens but won't work correctly so when I back out, I lose the QR scan. Sometimes the parking pass will still let me pay but it freezes or I have to go back to rescan the QR code.

Pretty easy to use the only thing that was a bit confusing was that the show I'm attending starts at 8p and the app shows a 3 hour window that you can change but the price changed as I added time to our reservation because my wife is disabled and in a wheelchair. However once I started the booking process it said our reserve time was from 2pm-8am the next day which is great but just a little confusing to understand as a first time user. Other than that all went well and was fairly easy.
