I reserved a spot downtown, but I was soon met with very spotty app and website access that led to not being able to use the reservation I paid for and was forced to park a more expensive lot. Upon talking to customer service, I was told that I could get a refund if I met the criteria, which, when presented with it, they only could cover a fraction of it by means of a "voucher."

I was not able to park at the location selected. There was no parking attendant present, and the gate would not open. Customer service was of no help. I had to drive around for over an hour, trying to find parking. Was late to my event, missed half the show. Definitely won't be using parwhiz anymore. One and done! Oh, and their website says they do not offer refunds in case you can't find your reserved facility, nor if you opted to park elsewhere!!!

I would leave zero stars if possible. As of 2023-11-12, the app does not work. I have downloaded it on 2 phones, and the app loads, but the search bar does not work so you can find any locations. If I search current location, the map appears, but the search feature still does not work so there are no parking options to choose from.
