Whether you are a plan member or not, this mobile application provides quick and easy ways to help you manage your health care. For members, it puts your First Choice or First Choice VIP Care Plus health plan information at your fingertips, with features that include quick access to your member ID card and provider information. It’s also a useful tool to help make every provider visit valuable. Manage your health, wherever you are.

The First Choice mobile app makes every provider visit easier for First Choice and First Choice VIP Care Plus members:
• ID card — Get access to an electronic copy of your member ID card.
• Medicine cabinet — Keep track of your medicines, how to use them, your prescription history, and medication reminders. You can also learn how medicines interact with each other and view medicine warning labels.
• Find a doctor or hospital — Use a quick search tool to help you look for any network provider, hospital, pharmacy, specialist, or urgent care center nearby. You can also get directions to a provider’s office or call for an appointment.
• My Doctors — Get access to your primary care provider (PCP) and your other health care providers.
• Care and program reminders — Get alerts through the app when you are missing a checkup or test.
• Health history — Review up to six months of care team visits and hospital stays.
• Resources — See an overview of the digital and community resources available to you.
• Contact Us — Access a list of important phone numbers for the health plan.
• Available in English and Spanish.

I signed in to the app successfully about a year ago & was able to screenshot a pic of the front & back of my ID Card. Now, it says there is NO RECORD of my ID# on file!! I confirmed my same exact ID# not 10 minutes prior with their representative via their 800#!! If a person doesn't have High Blood Pressure, he or she WILL if they install & try to use this so call app! It's not even worthy of being called an "app"... more like a piece of "crapp!" That would be appropriate! Totally useless!

What is with this app? Attempt to use it & I keep getting a message about an update, but there's no update to be found! And according to the app, "no user found", when there is in fact an active member account.

Well, folks this not good ! At all Worked 1 -3 times for me . Now , keeps telling me im error . Needs to fix. Don't waste time call members service . Absolutely no help ! Well, it's work now for myself 12-13-23 . Will how long before it's stops
