For members, it puts your health plan information at your fingertips, with features that include quick access to your member ID card and provider information. It’s also a useful tool to help make every provider visit valuable. Manage your health, wherever you are.

FEATURES
The ACNX mobile app makes every provider visit easier for AmeriHealth Caritas Next members:
• ID card — Get access to an electronic copy of your member ID card.
• Medicine cabinet — Keep track of your medicines, how to use them, your prescription history, and medication reminders. You can also learn how medicines interact with each other and view medicine warning labels.
• Find a doctor or hospital — Use a quick search tool to help you look for any network provider, hospital, pharmacy, specialist, or urgent care center nearby. You can also get directions to a provider’s office or call for an appointment.
• My doctors — Get access to contact information for your primary care provider (PCP) and your other health care providers. You can even change your PCP in the app.
• Care and program reminders — Get alerts through the app when you have missed a checkup or test.
• Health history — Review up to six months of care team visits and hospital stays.
• Resources — See an overview of the digital and community resources available to you.
• Contact us — Access a list of important phone numbers for the health plan.
• Available in English and Spanish.

Absolutely a trash app. First off.. it's way too big. The control site buttons are overtaken just by the basic controls for the smartphone. Second - you can't actually log in without your member id... which I wouldn't need the app if the company sent me the insurance information/ids promptly when the account was paid for. All in all a trash app from a trash company.

Website is not fully complete. When searching certain info for this year 2026, it only shows up to 2025! When looking up facilities it doesn't have it stated on each one if in network. When searching benefits for yor specific plan it doesn't show the correct info, it only shows your payments not the actual benefit. Example, if it covers a certain test or cost or co-payment or even the cost you have to pay to your primary care in network or even out of network. some pages don't work!

App is completely broken. Keeps crashing every single time I open it. I need my medicine refilled because I am out and don't have my insurance card yet. My previous insurance was bought out or replaced by this one in 2023. This is the WORST insurance company I have ever seen. This should be criminal as it is an ESSENTIAL service that I cannot access.
