When I first downloaded the app back in October, everything worked great. Now, I can't even get the app to open up. All I get is a spinning wheel. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times without any success. Very frustrating 😡 As an update. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled it enough times and I got the app to work. However, after just getting a new phone, the app is no longer working again. It definitely needs some help but apparently they're not really concerned if it's reliable.

Neither one of the two apps they offer are any good. Can't get them to open. Have called several times but haven't received any follow ups. You know you have a problem that's been going on for a long time why isn't it being addressed. Getting tired of calling about this same issues.

while the app has not been updated since 2024 It's 2026 now and there are new people that have this health insurance. The phone number doesn't work and the app doesn't open it just has a little circle going around and around and around and that's it This is not good. Please update this Please fix it ASAP. I sent support an email but no response
