App is ok. But, after you make a payment, it takes you back to the payment due screen which still shows a balance due rather than an updated zero balance which leads you to believe that the payment did not go through. If thats's not bad enough, it will allow you to make another payment. So essentialy you can make multiple payments in error.

App doesn't work and website is just as useless! How is there no chat function and NO WAY to pay online!? Billion dollar company and can't even do the basics.
